“The Going Back to work mom” Package

12 weeks maternity leave is not nearly enough. I have created “The Going Back To Work Mom" package out of my own experience going back to work full time at 12 weeks postpartum. It felt too early, too soon, I felt too raw and too foggy. I felt tender and like no one understood my mind was not on work. On top of going back to work, I was still breastfeeding my baby- so I needed to pump in between my appointments. I am here to hold your hand and hold space for your emotions as you navigate going back to work and figuring out your flow at home. These sessions/visits can be scheduled a few weeks prior to returning to work or sprinkled throughout returning to work and beyond. Should you continue to want support after the package has been fulfilled, the sessions/visits are scheduled individually in 3 hour increments.

This package includes:

4-2 hour sessions (virtual or in home visits)

Some ideas of what theses sessions could include are:

  • phone communication (Monday-Saturday 8AM-6PM.)

  • back to work processing and allowing space for all feelings.

  • warm meal cooked in your home and light housework to ease stress.

  • additionally any other service that I provide my typical home visits is also available upon request.

Included is a discount code for virtual lactation consultation with Jessica Wimer of Born and Fed. This will cover pumping, milk storage, bottling, scheduling, and how to maximize milk yield upon returning to work.

Package Cost: $400
